These terms apply to every taxi, car rental and tempo traveller booking made with Patna Cabs through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
1. Booking
- A booking is confirmed only after we share the fare and car details and you confirm them on call or WhatsApp.
- Please give the correct pickup address, date, time and mobile number. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
- The car model shown on the website is an example. We send the same category of car, or a better one.
2. Fares and charges
- Fares shown on the website are starting fares plus fuel. The final fare depends on the route, distance, duration and car.
- Toll tax, parking, state permit / entry tax and driver night charges are extra where applicable, unless the fare you confirmed says they are included.
- For round trips and local packages, extra kilometres and extra hours are charged as per the rate shared at the time of booking.
3. Waiting time
The driver waits a reasonable time at the pickup point. Longer waiting may be charged as per the rate shared at the time of booking.
4. Passenger responsibilities
- Do not carry illegal, dangerous or prohibited items in the car.
- Smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside the car.
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
- Any damage to the car caused by the passengers may be charged.
5. Delays
We try our best to be on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown or other events outside our control. In case of a breakdown we arrange another car as soon as possible.
